☆Semi Private Session(55min)
A certified instructor will work with two clients at the same time.
1 Semi Private Session $50

☆Group Mat(55min)
A certified instructor will work with up to seven clients at the same time only on the mat exercises in Pilates.
1 Session $20
5 Sessions $

You can enjoy private session with a certified instructor in the comfort and convenience of your own home;using the Mat & smaller pieces of equipment we can customise the sessions to your specific requirements.
